Bravery

Nate and I couldn't be more proud of our little man today. We had his 2 year check up and have never seen a more well-behaved Gavin! He sat completely still and didn't say a peep while they listened to his heart, checked his ears, put him on the scale, measured his head and his height, visited with mom and dad, etc. Then, he had to go to the lab for a lead test and got his finger pricked. He sat on daddy's lap and didn't even squirm, whine, cry or even let on that he was in pain through the whole thing. What a brave little boy! The only whining came when he wanted the band-aid off! The Technician gave him a toy snake and the doctor gave him a sticker...how cool! As a reward, mommy bought him some finger paints!
