Due to the snow storm yesterday, Daddy had to spend the night in Morris. He attempted to head for home around 1pm in white-out conditions. After a vehicle that he never even saw missed the rear end of his truck by a hair, he decided to turn around (thankfully) and grab a hotel room. He paid $47 + tax for the room...doesn't sound like luxury to me. I made sure he wasn't itchy before I let him in the house just in case :-)
This was his second sleepover in Morris in the past 3 weeks...it's sure been a brutal winter for our commuter.
G-man and I were lucky to pull into the driveway to discover Bob had already been there and plowed (and he was back again this morning)! Thank goodness for awesome neighbors!!!
