Grandma's Buns

My Grandma is pretty awesome. She has so many talents that I would love to have, but unfortunately I don't. The woman can sew like a champ, bakes like no body's business, and can fix or make just about anything. There are two things that she bakes that nobody could ever top-homemade buns and kolaches.

So yesterday I attempted to bake some homemade buns using her recipe. A phone call to Grandma was necessary to make sure I was going about it the right way. I must say that they didn't turn out too darn bad. They didn't look as nice and uniform as her buns, but they tasted just about as delicious. The boys sure liked them. Nate was wondering why I didn't make more and when Gavin and I were enjoying the last two tonight, his response was "Yum Mom! You gotta make some more of these!"
